Sadly pretalx user initialization throws error at the moment. This should be fixed already in the version we use, as stated here - but somehow its not lul https://github.com/pretalx/pretalx/issues/2110

Tested locally, you have to create the first account manually using pretalx-manage createsuperuser
Edit: idk if pretalx-manage init is needed, and didn't try it
