investigate autoupdate.service errors

last remaining problem is that autoupdate.service fails on boot with hosts with dynamic ip addresses through dhcp. Can be seen on boot of louise. A simple 'dependsOn' directive should solve…

Migrate Hetzner server to something else

@ahtlon this one is still important. We need to lookout for suitable hosters. Current vms running on that server are [ "vpn" "uptimekuma" ] and in the future [ "ns1" ].

Successfully uploaded a file over 1GB to cloud.hq.malobeo.org, uploaded a file over 150mb to cloud.malobeo.org
