Having notification on remote/local logins on our hosts would be great. Or some other way to detect unauthorized logins. I think this is as important as physical security.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
