For the ups we really don't need anything stronger than this https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07N2XV59P (price: ~80€)
I would get a ups new even if we can get something cheaper used because the battery is the most important part and degrades with time.
The KVM should be in stock for regular sale "In a few weeks" but i found someone selling it on ebay for 150€ https://www.ebay.de/itm/317450611885
