Currently a fixed price is set when creating a new item. This is not the price used to create the invoices. This also decides if a Colored or BW variant exists - as soon as such a price is configured they get created.

Instead the automatic price calculation should be used, with possibility to override.
During creation it should be possible to add/remove BW/Colored variants.
