add view that calculates price for orders and/or on the print dialog and/or on the item view.

There should be a settings page where we can set click costs, toner costs and add/remove paper type we have in stock.
for the actual price calculation we would then set the papertype for each zine so we get the proper price based on pagecount and printtype (createbooklet/shortedge/...).
The paperthicknes should be taken into account for the print job, setting the correct thickness.
It should be possible to define a default papertype that is preselected for every item based on ther printtype (for example postcards should have different default than zines).
CoverPage should not be an on/off selector but off/[papertypes ...]
If coverpage selected this should be calculated into the price.
