Investigate repeated downtime of fanny #74

Fanny is down again. It would be useful to know if it is a hardware problem, a software problem or if the internet is down (again).
Ideally we would have a kvm connected to the pc or at least make the spare pi ping uptime kuma so we can differentiate between the problems.

In this case it was a router problem, but if this repeats it should also be investigated.
having a spare pi in the network is in any case a good idea and something we should setup in the future.

Fanny needed a reboot on monday because electricity was turned off. But if fanny runs stable till next monday (so 7 days) i think this can be closed. It seem the downtime was allways caused by network issues and not fanny itself.
