We need a publicly accessible calendar:
Probably Nextcloud based (Or something like baikal/radicale with a web frontend?)
Set fixed migration date.
Educate everyone on how to switch over so we do not get split brain issues
Change the calendar bot to work with the new one
Publish read-only version (on the website?)
What about private events?
